1、申请资格 Entry Requirements
（1）年龄22周岁以上35周岁以下，身体健康，大学本科毕业
Aged from 22 to 35 and healthy. Bachelor degree holders.
（2）持有效国外有效护照
Foreign visa holders
（3）汉语水平：须通过新HSK 4级 (中国高校汉语授课本科毕业留学生, 无需提供HSK 证书)
A minimum requirement of HSK4 certificate above 180 to prove your Chinese language proficiency.(The students who graduated from the university in China with the bachelor program taught in Chinese needn't provide HSK certificate)
2、报名时间：2019年5月5日截止
Deadline for Registration：May 5th, 2019
3、开学时间：2019年9月（以收到的录取通知书为准）
Term begins: September 2019
4、学费：25000元/年,具体学费收缴和退费手续按照学校财务规定执行.
Tuition: RMB 25000 / year. The tuition payment and refunding process should follow university policy.
5、申请材料Application Materials
（1）大学本科毕业证书、学士学位证书
An equivalent of China’s bachelor-degree education diploma
（2）本科全部课程成绩单
All Courses' transcripts in bachelor’s degree program
（3）HSK5级及以上的合格等级证书
A minimum requirement of HSK 5 certificate above 180 to prove your Chinese language proficiency.(The students who graduated from the university in China with the bachelor program taught in Chinese needn't provide HSK certificate)
（4）护照复印件及护照尺寸照片4张
One photocopy of passport and four passport photo-size photos
（5）两名副教授的书面推荐信（要求亲笔签名，并有联系方式）
Recommendation letters from at least two teachers with titles of or above associate-professor；
（6）个人陈述以及研究计划书
Personal statement and research proposal
（7）本人认为有必要的材料
Any materials which you consider it is necessary to submit (Optional)
注意：其中第1、第2项材料应为中文或英文的原件或公证件, 非中文或英文的文件，需附公证或发证单位的翻译件。
Notes: Materials in Articles 1 and 2 should be original documents or notarized copies in Chinese or English. If they’re in English or other foreign languages, the Chinese version issued by notarized or certified units should be included
6、报名方法 How to apply
第一步：“留学上海”http://study.shmec.gov.cn网上报名，同时上传以上材料的扫描件
第二步：在5月5日前，将材料邮寄或直接提交到以下任一地址：
（1）长宁校区：上海市仙霞路350号科创楼711室钱老师,200336
（2）松江校区：上海市龙腾路333号行政楼315室杨老师,201620
Step1: Apply onlinehttp://study.shmec.gov.cnand meanwhile upload the scanned copies of the materials listed above.
Step 2：Post or directly submit required materials to either of the two addresses before May 5th.

7、录取通知 Admission result and Admission letter
《录取通知书》将于8月份以前陆续发放，请考生填写报名表时认真确认邮件地址或领取方式。(开学报到时请携带提交材料的原件和复印件，其他材料请仔细阅读《录取通知书》)
The Admission Letter of successful applicants will be sent out from August, 2018. Please confirm your mailing address or receiving method when filling out the application form.
Note: Please bring the bachelor degree diploma and the transcripts with you on the registration day (as to other materials, please refer to the Admission Letter).

*注：中国公民移民外国后申请以外国留学生身份进入高等学校学习的，必须持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近四年（截至 2019年4月30日前）之内在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（1年中实际在国外居住满9个月可以按1年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）；
如报名者原为中国公民者，申请时需提交：①入籍证明②注销原中国户籍证明
